Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at HayDay Store.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products/codes are considered final once the code has been delivered or viewed. We generally do NOT offer refunds for digital keys, codes, or in-game credits.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
We may offer refunds solely at our discretion under the following limited circumstances:
- The digital key or code provided is invalid or has already been used prior to purchase (requires verifiable proof from the game publisher).
- You have not received the product within 48 hours and the product was not delivered electronically.
- The transaction is definitively proven to be fraudulent.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund, you must contact our support team at support@haydaystore.com within 14 days of purchase. Support requests must include your order number, payment reference, and specific reason. If eligible, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (e.g. Stripe, Adyen) within 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We work closely with payment processors like Stripe and Adyen. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will result in the permanent banning of your account and related credentials. Please contact us before opening a dispute so we can resolve the issue amicably.
